When I submit my credit card details, to make a booking on the site, is the booking amount charged?
Credit card details are required to guarantee the reservation. The balance of the stay is requested directly at the hotel.
In the event that a Sponsor or a Point of Contact is making a booking on behalf of a US military / civilian, the hotel will ask for the credit card details of those who book, replacing the payment data at the customer's check-in.
How can I request the US Government Rate?
To apply to the Government Room Rate, the reservation must be made through the booking form on the hotel website, via email to firstname.lastname@example.org, or by phone at +39 0444-300855.
At check-in a copy of the Travel Orders is required and for the US personnel entitled to it, a Statement of Non-Availability is required.
It is not possible to apply the Government Rate to bookings made through Travel Agencies, Tour Operators or online booking systems (Booking.com/Expedia/Hrs etc.)
If I cancel my booking beyond the deadline for the application of the penalty, will I be charged for the stay?
Cancellation terms without penalty vary according to the period (high / medium / low season). When you do the reservation, the terms within which it is possible to cancel the reservation without penalty, are visible at the bottom of the booking form.
For US Military/Civilian personnel On Orders the cancellation policy without penalty is 1 day before the check-in date. For late cancellations or No-Show the amount of the first night will be charged.
Can I make a reservation if I don't have a credit card?
The online booking system requires credit card information in order to proceed with the booking. If you do not have a credit card, you can book by sending an email directly to email@example.com or calling us at +39 0444 300855.
If I stay with my pet do I have to pay an extra fee?
There is no daily charge for your pets. We request a Pet’s Final Cleaning Fee to pay at the check-out, which range from 20 to 50 euros, depending on the duration of your stay.
How long it takes with public transportation to go to the Fair from the hotel?
The distance to travel is about 10 km. Traffic allowing travel time is around 20/30 minutes.
Can I leave the car at the hotel and reach the center by public transport?
Our hotel is connected to the historic center by bus line 1, with a frequency of 12-15 minutes.
